Digital Products
All products sold on BeyondUPSC.in, including ebooks, guides, planners, templates, and other downloadable digital content, are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or made available for download.
No Refunds After Delivery
Once your payment is successfully processed and the ebook or digital product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations because digital products cannot be returned.
We encourage you to read the product description, table of contents, and any available previews before making your purchase.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same order.

You were charged successfully but did not receive access to the purchased product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

An incorrect amount was charged due to a verified technical error.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
